ATLAS SMS Terms & Opt-In

ATLAS SMS is a non-marketing conversational and informational messaging service operated by BOWLEG SYSTEMS LLC. It is intended to let authorized users communicate with ATLAS and receive requested system, status, workflow, and service notifications.

How to opt in

Enrollment is voluntary and user-initiated. Before sending an opt-in keyword, the user is shown this ATLAS SMS Terms & Opt-In page or another approved enrollment disclosure that identifies BOWLEG SYSTEMS LLC, describes the ATLAS SMS program, states message frequency and possible carrier charges, and provides access to the Privacy Policy and Terms.

After reviewing that disclosure and receiving the dedicated ATLAS SMS number through an approved BOWLEG SYSTEMS enrollment surface, an authorized user may opt in by voluntarily sending JOIN to that number. BOWLEG SYSTEMS does not send an SMS to a person who has not consented in order to ask that person to opt in. ATLAS does not use purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party marketing lists.

By opting in, you agree to receive conversational replies and user-requested informational/service messages from BOWLEG SYSTEMS ATLAS. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any BOWLEG SYSTEMS product or service.

Opt-in confirmation

After a valid JOIN enrollment, the confirmation message identifies BOWLEG SYSTEMS ATLAS, confirms enrollment, states that message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply, and explains HELP and STOP.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with ATLAS and any notifications you request. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@bowlegsystems.com. After an opt-out request, only messages necessary to confirm or process the opt-out may be sent unless you later provide valid consent again.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process messaging information only as necessary to provide operational services on our behalf and subject to appropriate restrictions.

Program terms

ATLAS SMS enrollment does not by itself authorize financial commitments, publication, credential changes, destructive actions, or other high-impact operations that remain subject to ATLAS governance and authentication requirements.
