PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PAYMENT
We describe each product's included items, intended uses, compatibility requirements and known limitations. Prices, taxes and applicable charges are shown during checkout. We may correct a material pricing or listing error and contact the purchaser before fulfilling an affected order. Purchasers should use accurate contact information so they can receive delivery notices.

DIGITAL SOFTWARE LICENSE
Unless an item says otherwise, a digital software purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered files for the purchaser's personal purposes or internally within the purchasing business. Reasonable internal backups are permitted. Purchasers may not redistribute, publish, sublicense, resell or commercially repackage the paid download without separate written permission. Any license supplied inside the digital product applies in addition to these store terms; where there is an inconsistency, mandatory consumer rights take precedence.

ATLAS OFFLINE PROFIT AUDIT
The ATLAS Offline Profit Audit is an offline, browser-local screening utility for specified USD Shopify order exports and user-supplied costs. The tool does not request Shopify login credentials or automatically connect to a merchant account. Financial figures are estimates; they are not bank-reconciled profits, tax records, financial statements or accounting, legal, financial or investment advice. Missing data and allocation estimates can materially affect the results. Buyers should independently verify consequential financial decisions. The software is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.

DOWNLOAD AND CUSTOMER DATA
The delivered HTML utility ordinarily processes imported CSV files locally in the user's own browser. Store visits, checkout payments, download delivery and customer support messages use separate online services, as described in the store's Privacy policy. Protect sensitive commercial data, avoid sharing raw customer exports unnecessarily and do not use the utility on shared devices if this would compromise confidentiality.

ACCEPTABLE USE AND REMEDIES
Do not use the store or software unlawfully, interfere with its operation or distribute malicious content. We do not guarantee increased sales, profitability, specific business outcomes or suitability for purposes beyond a product's published compatibility details. We will handle material delivery and product problems under our Refund policy. No provision of these terms excludes any consumer protection that applicable law requires.
