Agency Catalog Preflight — Fixed-Scope Shopify CSV QA

For Shopify agencies, migration teams and wholesalers who need a documented product-data preflight before import. ATLAS Supply Co. offers a narrowly scoped, review-only supplier catalog QA pilot. It is designed to catch obvious source-file problems without requesting access to a merchant's Shopify admin.

Conceptual ATLAS Supplier Catalog interface illustrating CSV review and the $149 fixed-scope pilot; actual 10-row fictional results are six review and four hold
Promotional interface illustration, not a software screenshot. The verified fictional 10-row test and its actual report files are linked below; individual pictured SKUs and exception counts are illustrative.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY: Run the free, browser-local 10-row supplier CSV checker → It scans selected rows for obvious errors without uploading the file. The complete $149 pilot is a separately scoped human-reviewed service.

What the $149 pilot includes

  • One UTF-8 CSV with up to 100 simple products (maximum 5 MB).
  • Checks for missing or duplicate SKUs, blank/invalid USD prices, incomplete product names, questionable image links and unsafe spreadsheet fields.
  • Normalized review CSV, exceptions/issues CSV, a plain-language QA summary, and a Shopify draft-only import CSV for qualifying rows.
  • One reasonable clarification/correction pass within the original 100-row scope.

See the illustrated fictional 10-row walkthrough: 6 review / 4 hold → It shows the actual exception types, includes a readable comparison graphic, and explains what human review still requires.

See actual file formats first: Download the fictional ten-row demonstration (ZIP). The sample is invented and illustrates report structure, not client results, a guarantee of importer acceptance or proof of revenue.

How to request a pilot

  1. Describe the file: Email contact@bowlegsystems.com with your agency/store name, product count, file format, target platform and main data problems. Do not send customer records, passwords, payment data, or confidential client files with the initial inquiry.
  2. Confirm fit: We review the described scope and requirements, and agree a safe way to receive any permitted product-only sample. Complex variants or large files require a separate quote.
  3. Order after scope confirmation: View the $149 pilot's full deliverables, limitations and purchase page.
  4. Review the outputs: A human reviews the generated files. The target is two business days after complete accepted inputs, subject to written scope confirmation. Your team approves any import or live publication.

Frequently asked questions about supplier CSV cleanup

Can you clean up a Shopify supplier CSV without accessing our store?

Yes. This preflight works from one agreed UTF-8 product CSV. We do not request Shopify admin credentials or make changes to your store. All outputs require your final review.

What does the $149 price cover?

One CSV of up to 100 simple products (maximum 5 MB), a normalized review CSV, exceptions CSV, QA summary, draft-only Shopify-oriented CSV for qualifying rows, and one reasonable in-scope correction pass.

Do the six REVIEW and four HOLD results apply to my own catalog?

No. They describe only our downloadable ten-row fictional demonstration. Real supplier files can produce different exception counts and dispositions. REVIEW requires human QA; HOLD requires source correction.

Will you import or publish our products to Shopify?

No. The output is intended for merchant review and controlled import; import acceptance and publication are not included or guaranteed.

What if the CSV includes variants or complicated product data?

Complex variants, multilingual restructuring, unsupported formats, and files beyond the pilot limits need separate scope confirmation. We do not invent missing supplier facts.

How quickly are outputs delivered, and how do we share the file?

Our target is within two business days after complete permitted inputs have been accepted and the scope is confirmed. First describe your requirements without attaching confidential files, passwords, customer records or payment information. We then agree an appropriate transfer method if the project is accepted.

What this is not

No store login, direct Shopify modifications, import or publication, scraping, complex-variant restructuring, inventory verification, unsupported financial claims or automatic creation of missing supplier facts. Agency and merchant teams retain responsibility for checking product facts and all final imports. A CSV preflight cannot guarantee a Shopify import will succeed.
