$999 USD one-time, fixed-scope service. Built for Shopify merchants, e-commerce agencies and operations teams handling large simple-product supplier CSVs. Review before importing, rather than relying on undocumented spreadsheet guesses.

WHAT YOUR TEAM RECEIVES

• Normalized review CSV: all accepted source rows and mapped SKU, title, price, image URL and description fields, with explicit REVIEW or HOLD status.
• Row-linked exceptions register: duplicate SKUs, missing identifiers, invalid USD prices, formula-like cells, suspect image URLs and other supported structural issues.
• Review-only Shopify draft CSV: structured simple-product rows that pass the automatic preflight; all output rows remain unpublished, pending merchant verification.
• QA summary and source hash: reproducible input fingerprint, rule counts, unresolved assumptions and bounded next actions.
• Human QA: review of flagged issue categories and a representative sample of at least 50 eligible rows, plus one reasonable factual correction pass within the original scope.

SCOPE, PRICE AND DELIVERY

• One authorized UTF-8 supplier product CSV, maximum 1,000 simple product rows and 5 MiB.
• USD product prices only; source data must include identifiable SKU, product name/title, and price fields.
• Target turnaround five business days after we accept complete inputs and agree the scope; unclear, unusually complex or incomplete source data can delay acceptance.
• No live-store, supplier, marketplace or customer account credentials are requested.
• The service flags discrepancies; it does not invent missing supplier facts or independently certify all 1,000 products.

DEMONSTRATED CAPABILITY

An offline, fictional 1,000-row test passed preflight, producing 995 draft-review rows and 5 HOLD rows across duplicate identifiers, incorrect prices, missing data, unsafe formula text and invalid image-link format. A 1,001-row source was rejected without partial output. This is an internal synthetic qualification, not a previous customer engagement or proof of future outcomes.

SAFE ORDER INTAKE

Before buying, you may email contact@bowlegsystems.com with the number of product rows, source format and whether your products have variants or other complexity. Do not include sensitive source files in your initial message. After a purchase, send your Shopify order number and a nonconfidential description so we can agree on a secure, authorized file handoff and confirm that the source is in scope.

WHAT IS EXCLUDED

No live Shopify imports or publishing, admin access, photography, image rights clearance, supplier factual verification, inventory reconciliation, cost-of-goods certification, complex variants, multi-currency processing, scraping, regulatory compliance determination, guaranteed Shopify acceptance, ad campaign performance or guaranteed sales. Any complex file or additional work requires a separate agreed scope; it is not automatically covered by this price.

Delivery protections: Outputs remain drafts for the buyer's review; client retains control over product facts and publication. If the agreed service cannot be accepted or delivered, we offer cancellation and a refund for the unfulfilled service under our published refund policy.
