ATLAS INFRASTRUCTURE INTELLIGENCE / FOUNDING PILOT
Turn scattered construction and infrastructure project records into a traceable decision register.
$299 one-time fixed-scope administrative pilot. Designed for small contractors, owner representatives, facilities teams and project coordinators who need to identify missing source references, overdue open items and decisions awaiting a named owner. This is a professionally reviewed document-control service supported by a bounded ATLAS evidence-processing workflow—not autonomous engineering or site surveillance.
What you receive
- Evidence and source manifest: SHA-256 fingerprints of the exact client-approved register and up to three provided supporting source copies.
- Exceptions register: row-level administrative issues, source references, status, ownership, overdue dates and proposed follow-up categories.
- Executive-ready HTML summary: offline, printable evidence-oriented report with links/references back to the supplied records.
- QA handoff: concise, factual summary of unresolved documentation and decisions, plus one correction round for source transcription issues.
Defined pilot boundaries
One project; one UTF-8 CSV register with up to 50 records (2 MB maximum), plus up to three relevant PDF, TXT or CSV supporting copies (10 MB maximum each), if agreed during intake. Inputs should contain an ID, type, title, source reference, logged/due dates, status, owner, decision-needed indicator and explanatory note. Missing or ambiguous fields may require an additional intake step and separate quote. A fictional demonstration of 12 administrative records is available on request, showing 4 HOLD, 4 REVIEW and 4 SCREENED dispositions; these are not customer findings.
Timing and intake
Target delivery is five business days after files are accepted and scope is confirmed, subject to source availability and any clarification blockers. After checkout, contact contact@bowlegsystems.com with your order number and a nonconfidential description of the register. We will agree on the authorized file handoff before you transmit documents. Do not send personally identifiable information, nonpublic infrastructure/security details, proprietary plans or credentials without an expressly agreed secure process and authorization.
Important limitations
The pilot applies transparent, limited administrative QA heuristics followed by human review. HOLD/REVIEW/SCREENED are documentation labels, not safety or engineering classifications. No field inspection, design review, construction authorization, professional engineering opinion, stamped deliverable, licensed surveying, structural/electrical adequacy assessment, legal finding, schedule/financial forecast, permitting determination, live monitoring, remote system access, or autonomous equipment control is included. Input file hashes do not authenticate the underlying records. ATLAS is independent of clients' project software and does not require logins to their systems.
Scope rejection and cancellation: If your files cannot be accepted safely or the agreed 50-record administrative service cannot be fulfilled, we will offer cancellation and a refund of the unfulfilled service. Any work already begun and quality concerns will be handled under the published Refund Policy and the agreed written scope. No confidential data should be sent before secure intake authorization.
ATLAS Supply Co. is a Bowleg Systems LLC offering. Work is initiated only after intake approval and any necessary scope confirmation. The price is for the defined administrative pilot, not a complete enterprise deployment.
Unsure which pilot fits? Request a no-cost preliminary project scope-fit review before purchasing. Use the existing contact form; do not include restricted files or credentials.
