$29 USD · one-time desktop utility · browser-local processing. Analyze supported USD Shopify Orders CSV exports against your own SKU supplier-cost file without connecting the utility to Shopify APIs. Identify missing-cost inputs, screen estimated per-product contribution and export a CSV report.

WHAT YOUR DOWNLOAD CONTAINS

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Download the ZIP, extract it and open the HTML in a current desktop browser.
  2. Import a compatible USD Shopify Orders export and your own supplier-cost CSV with sku,unit_cost,shipping_cost_per_unit headers.
  3. Enter known advertising and payment expenses, review assumptions and use the estimate as a prompt for independent reconciliation.

COMPATIBILITY & PRIVACY

Designed for supported USD Shopify Orders export columns, including order/line-item financial details, refunds and tax inputs. Processing of selected order files is designed to take place in the browser; a store login or Shopify API token is not required. Your Shopify purchase and payment information are separately processed by the store and its commerce providers. Use trusted personal devices when handling sensitive exports.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

No live synchronization, multi-currency accounting, automated advertising attribution, guaranteed reconciliation or actual take-home-profit certification. Payment fees, refunds, tax, shipping and advertising allocations are estimates and can be incomplete. Verify all consequential calculations against your supplier invoices, payment processor and accountant as appropriate. This utility is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify. All screenshots and examples are fictional.

LICENSE, DELIVERY & SUPPORT

One purchase licenses internal business use by the buying entity, including local backup copies. Resale and redistribution are not permitted; the included LICENSE.txt governs. The ZIP is supplied through the product's digital-delivery process. If the download is missing or a supported input causes a material malfunction, contact contact@bowlegsystems.com with your order number within 30 days for troubleshooting, replacement or an appropriate refund if unresolved. If you have not accessed the download, you may request cancellation within 14 days. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
