ATLAS INFRASTRUCTURE INTELLIGENCE / ENTRY SCAN

Find missing owners, unresolved dates and documentation gaps in 25 project records.

For one client-approved, redacted UTF-8 CSV register of up to 25 administrative project records, the $99 one-time ATLAS scan flags missing or duplicate record IDs, absent source references, missing owners, invalid dates, overdue open administrative items and outstanding decisions. It is supported by a tested deterministic QA workflow and a human review of the limited exception list.

Deliverables

• A record-by-record administrative exceptions CSV suitable for project-team follow-up.
• A compact offline HTML review summary listing HOLD, REVIEW and SCREENED classifications.
• An input SHA-256 fingerprint and the screening date for reproducibility.

Target: three business days after authorized redacted input is accepted and scope is confirmed, subject to unresolved input issues. After checkout, send only your order number and a nonconfidential file description to contact@bowlegsystems.com; a secure handoff process must be agreed before sending project files.

Scope: one CSV, at most 25 records and 2 MB. Does not include supporting source-document comparisons, continuous monitoring, file restoration, onsite review, engineering opinions, legal analysis, building-code compliance, safety certification, schedule or cost projections, or construction authorization. HOLD/REVIEW/SCREENED are administrative labels only. Customer remains responsible for confirming records.

Scope rejection and cancellation: If ATLAS cannot accept your files or reasonably deliver the stated 25-record administrative scope, we will offer cancellation and refund of the unfulfilled service. If work has started, any scope or quality dispute will be reviewed under the published Refund Policy and the agreed written scope. Do not submit restricted files through the initial contact form.
